I don't usually write reviews, but I was really impressed with this place.

Jason came right on time and was happy to answer my many questions (I'm a paranoid cat owner) about what could cause a mold problem in my apartment.

When the results came the following business day, Jason stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes to walk through different options, some of them not options that he could personally assist with.

He was very professional and really seemed to want my problem to be fixed whether he was involved with the ultimate solution or not.

I would highly recommend.

Jason was great! I saw mold in my basement and with a baby in the house, I wanted it gone ASAP. I messaged The Mold Guys, got an immediate response from Jason with an upfront and very reasonable price, he was at my house the next morning. Jason came in, explained everything and did a fast and very clean job.
I would highly recommend Jason and The Mold Guys. Hopefully I don't but if I have any future mold issues, I will certainly be using The Mold Guys again.

Jason was in one word: Exceptional. He was not only much more reasonable than other quotes, but he came out at my convenience on a Saturday morning, responded very quickly to all of my questions, tested and treated the areas of mold concern, and I received results back the next Monday morning. I can't believe how fast and detailed the report was.

I called the mold guys back to do the mold remediation. I gave them five stars for the mold assessment. And for during the air quality test. And then we called them back for the big job to remediate the home.Top notch! Professional. Delivered on all the goods that he said he would deliver on. Arrived on time. Told us exactly when he would be finished. Told us what equipment he was leaving in the house. Took it when he said he was going to take the equipment away. Took care with the rest of my home and was respectful at all times. Protected my home by using large plastic area barriers. If I ever had a problem like this again I would not hesitate to call Jason and his crew.

The Mold Guys NJ were an excellent hire. I highly recommend this company. We had a leak in our basement in our brand new home and were clueless as to who to hire and what to do!
